Hailey is such a caring, attentive and emotionally intelligent therapist. She is truly gifted at guiding you through the art therapy process and has had a truly profound impact on my life. Even if you don't consider yourself 'artistic' or 'artsy' I would absoutely recommend taking a chance and booking a session with Hailey. Sometimes words are not the only tool to work through or sit with your emotions. With art therapy the healing is in the process, not the product!

Hailey is a wonderful Art Therapist who specializes in working with women. I have attended her New Year's art workshops for the past 2 years to gain perspective and reflect through art-making. Hailey is very intentional about creating safe spaces for women to gather and to make art accessible for anyone regardless of skill level.

Hailey provided art therapy to me following a very traumatic period in my life. She took the time to really get down to the root of my trauma. She is kind caring and is vested in helping her clients be the best version of themselves. I finally was able to be in tune with my cyclical trauma responses and triggers and make progressive and effective change. The art aspect really helped me visualize and express what I didn’t even know I needed to articulate. By going over what I created and Hailey guiding me through my expressions to help me come to realizations that earnestly helped me change for the better. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Hailey helping me facing what I needed to face and equipping me with knowledge to overcome emotional barriers to life a better life.

Hailey Tallman creates beautiful welcoming spaces in which to explore creativity and your own self (no art experience required). I can't make it to this month's workshops, but have been in the past, and highly recommend if you're looking for an affirming container to do some process-focused painting and meaningful reflection in. 🎨🖌️
