Custom Caps made a customized toque that I designed as a birthday present. I emailed on the weekend before my cousin’s birthday and was called back on Monday morning by a technician to review the design. Absolutely awesome purchase experience. I had a particularly fine and difficult logo to embroider. Robert worked directly with me and his designer to help accommodate it. Nonetheless, we got it done, and it looks absolutely awesome. I will definitely be using Custom Caps again if I ever need a custom head-wear product.
