About 8:30 on a Thursday night, and we just wanted maybe soup and salad. Not terribly busy - a few tables in the lobby, some on the patio, a few in the restaurant proper. But what struck me was that every single unoccupied table needed to be bussed. Every single one! Husband said forget it, it's going to be ridiculous. I decided to get a salad to go, if I could.
After some confusion about who would take my order, a server finally did. Salad took about ten minutes and that was fine.
It was very tasty and a good portion size.
But none of those tables were cleared while I waited. Some customers grew impatient waiting to pay. I watched a server sit two dirty plates right next to a man having a drink at the bar, never appropriate even if just for a moment. He looked at them and turned up his nose, then looked away. We're staying at this hotel, so we might try breakfast, but maybe not.

The location is beautiful, and the food was good, even though it wasn't quite what we ordered. This is a two day review, dinner and breakfast.
As I said the location is beautiful, industrial meets post and beam, with stone work, and Indigenous artwork. The view of the North Channel is great, maybe slightly overgrown, but natural. We had a nice meal, but the evening wait staff was slow, and seemed inexperienced. There was a lot of standing around talking to each other while we, and other tables, wanted to order, eat, and drink. We enjoyed our meal, even though there was a mix up and my wife ended up with the wrong meal, it was still good and actually her second choice. We liked the theme of the dinner menu, wild boar, bison, and wild game sausage, to name a few interesting options.
We saw an advertisement for a breakfast buffet the next day so we came back and different experience. The staff was much more attentive, Connie was great, but the food was just normal scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, and pancakes. There was nothing wrong with them, but nothing special. It seemed odd that there wasn't toast at breakfast.
We would return, but I'm not going to say this was fine dinning, or something uniquely fantastic; it was okay.

My girlfriend and I went here about 8pm on a Saturday night. It was by far the worst food I have ever eaten. The floors were so sticky that you could hear it as you walked like bubble wrap popping under foot. I was thinking that it could be one of those dive restaurants with amazing food. I was sadly mistaken.
When we got there and looked at the menu, we picked what we wanted then were told that 70% of the menu was not available at that time, yet they didnt close until 11p.m.

I decided on a burger, which had zero condiments on it and a Walmart frozen patty and my girlfriend had the nachos, with some kind of disgusting cheese and what looked like gas station corn chips they decided to deep fry, with unseasoned pre-cooked chicken strips from the grocery store. I had coffee, which was burnt which made no sense because she had to make a fresh pot for me. My girlfriend had a drink which had almost no alcohol in it. We also ordered an artichoke dip and again it was served with the same gross chips. My girlfriend ate only a couple spoonfuls of the dip and left everything else behind.

We were totally, completely disgusted by this place and will never go back. On top of all that the price was outrageous for such a horrible experience. If I could give lower then a 1 star review I would.

28 dollars per person for Easter brunch. Luke warm coffee. 5 buffet food warmers; 1 for scrambled egg with cheese on top, 1 for French toast/ pancakes, 1 for diced potatos, 1 for bacon and breakfast sausage, 1 just hot water. After we made plates we were told eggs Benedict could be ordered. Then crepe station was put together and a ham was brought out.

Went for breakfast was nice and quiet. Hands down the best breakfast I’ve had, the eggs were actually scrambled and not like an omelet cut up like most places! Sooo good! Servings were huge!

Thursday at about 18h, not too busy. Waitress prompt with menus, pleasant and adequate. I ordered pan-fried Whitefish with dill lemon sauce with seasonal veggies and rice pilaf, husband order bison rib eye steak. The meats were good, not special but good. The fish a bit underseasoned and lacked in the sauce, but otherwise we'll prepared, came out hot. The "seasonal veg" was canned or frozen corn niblets - which is unacceptable in July, c'mon. The pilaf was bland and overcooked. Both sides came out cold. We had waters. The bill came to 70$. Not worth the money at all. Nice view from the patio though. Won't return.
