When the time came to sell our home, Kerri & Rollie were referred to us by some close friends. We enlisted their services and we weren't disappointed! From the first time Rollie and Kerri came to our house for an initial consultation we were impressed. Both were honest, friendly and their market analysis package was easy to understand. We felt we could trust that the team had our back in an unfamiliar real estate market. We quickly listed our house and were very happy with their photos, online listing and other marketing strategies. Due to their advice, hard work and dedication we received an offer on our home and made a deal! Kerri and Rollie walked us through the whole process step by step. In addition, I must say Kerri is a client relations PRO! I'm sure I was one of the 'needier' clients and Kerri received my non-stop bombardment of texts, phone calls and emails. Kerri always made me feel welcome to come to her with questions or concerns. Kerri always responded promptly to me even during weekends and evenings (I'm not sure if she sleeps!). I'm extremely happy with their services and am thankful that Kerri put up with me! I would recommend this team to anyone looking to sell in the Lakeland or anyone looking for buyer representation.

Kerri was awesome to deal with. Being that we were from out-of-province and had limited time to look for a home, she did the pre- work to narrow down houses based on our criteria. When we arrived in town, she was available on short notice and worked with other realtors to show us new listings. She helped with the home inspection and ensured all revisions to the contract were met. Kerri came highly recommended from my colleagues who had been in the same situation we were and she far exceeded our expectations. Kerri helped my husband and I get into our perfect home. She was super patient with us during our search and then found a house that checked off all of our home boxes. She kept us on track to getting through the condition stage and then was incredibly accommodating in getting us back into the home before closing to allow us to line up contractors for renovations.
