I went in for an ash brown balayage & it came out so pretty! My hair is super soft. Vivian was kind & attentive looking through my inspo photos with me & explaining the process she would do. I love how dimensional the colours came out, especially since I had a multi-coloured ombre in my hair already! Also, her dogs are sooo friendly & cute!!

I was interested in visiting this salon after seeing its great reviews. I tried calling a few times to make an appointment—initially, the calls didn’t go through, so I assumed the phone might have been on Do Not Disturb mode, something I often do myself and totally understand.

When I finally got through, the owner (or whoever answered the phone) was very rude. I politely greeted her with a “Good morning,” but she cut me off and said, “I’m fully booked today, do not call so many times.” There was no greeting, no “please,” and the tone was quite unfriendly. It made me feel uncomfortable.

If you choose to list your phone number on Google Maps, it’s perfectly normal for potential clients to call to inquire or book. I hope the salon can consider improving its customer service experience.

Vivian is very skilled and creative with her work. Should you need a certain hairstyle she would be able to replicate it and if you want something new she can definitely provide you with a refreshing out look. I love the colour and style she had done with my hair. And the salon itself has an amazing environment and aura.

I had the most amazing experience at Vivian's salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel right at home. The salon is absolutely beautiful and modern, with all the latest tools and products.

But what really stood out to me was the incredible skill and talent of my hairdresser. She listened carefully to my ideas and concerns, and then worked her magic to create the most stunning hairstyle I have ever had! She was patient, attentive, and so professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
