Amazing experience for group of 7 celebrating a cousin's birthday. Kent did a wonderful job with teaching techniques and helped out whenever we got stuck. Got to make two pottery pieces, a chip and dip and a bowl. A really fun experience for a group. Can't wait to go back and paint the pieces we made. Definitely worth multiple visits and very affordable! Be on time and get ready to have loads of fun.

Took a wheel throwing class with Kent for my sisters birthday and we had a great time! He was super informative and helpful and we made a few great pieces. Can’t wait to come back and paint them :o)

My friends and I had the best experience here the individual working there was extremely nice and very welcoming. Let us have time to do our artwork and answer any questions. We had overall enjoyed the hospitality and my time at crafty pots.

My fiancé and I dropped by for a 2 hour wheel throwing class with Kent. We both had such a great experience. Kent was very patient, knowledgeable, and supportive! I recommend trying wheel throwing as it’s very beginner friendly!

My girlfriend and I went to Crafty Pots for a pottery-painting date, but the whole experience ended up being frustrating and disappointing. When we returned to pick up our pieces, we were told they had been damaged during the firing process. The employee on the phone admitted the paint was messed up and even told me it would crack off over time—which defeats the whole purpose of painting pottery in the first place.

Mistakes happen, but how they handled it made everything worse. I was told over the phone that we could come in for a refund—no mention that refunds are only for card payments. When we arrived, they suddenly said that because we paid in cash, the only option was store credit. That kind of surprise policy change felt misleading and unfair.

When I asked politely if there was any other alternative to store credit, the staff member was incredibly rude and shut me down right away. No apology, no solution—just attitude.

Now we’re left with store credit we don’t want, forced to come back to a place that already ruined our pieces and treated us poorly. I would not recommend Crafty Pots to anyone looking for quality service or basic respect.

I love coming here! The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of things to paint. I have so much fun here and would love to come more often. They also have other activities besides just pottery painting. This is a great place to come for a birthday activity, talking with friends, or even a date. Can’t wait to come back!
