It was the best decision we made when we hired forever creations to cover our e-shoot, engagement, wedding and reception. Twas and his team went out of their ways to ensure we were happy and we got exactly what we asked him. He is very creative and anyone can see that from the quality of work he delivers every single time. He made sure to answer to any questions or concerns we had even after all the events were done. He always replies to his messages within minutes and that to me is important, as it tells me that he is dedicated. He is proud of his work and he was always open to new ideas and shots, he never shut down any of our requests. I am definitely looking forward to work with him in the future. To anybody who is on the edge of booking him, don't be! Just book him and you wont ever regret it.

This started off really well, and then became one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences of our lives. No one should ever have to go through what we did, because it associates a negative feeling with all our photos and videos from our wedding. The e-shoot and events went without issues, and we received our first batch of photos on time. Then, after much delay, our second batch of photos came in, but many of our photos from the mehndi were missing. When we asked about them, we kept getting told these were all our photos. We pointed out the instances on the live stream where Twaseen took our photos, and he told us he would look for them. Meanwhile we waited for our video, which was delivered quite late, and extremely poor in quality. We kept trying to contact him for updates while we waited, and we were ignored endlessly. When we finally scheduled a call with him, he didn’t answer and called us back much later. We were promised a new video and that it would be done in a month. After almost 2 months we ended up reaching out to a mutual associate of ours to get him to contact us. Finally, we got an in person meeting.

We met at a coffee shop, where he had a meltdown in the shop about us contacting his ‘friends’ and complaining to them about him. These were the people who had recommended him to us. The store manager had to come and tell him to keep it down. He denied taking the photos we were missing. Then in the same conversation said he had lost a bunch of photos from our Mehndi, and lost a decent portion of the video from the Mehndi as well. He refused to take any responsibility for what he did and said we couldn’t “prove” anything. It was extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. We will never get the missing photos or missing video back. He could’ve told us he lost them much earlier, but he endlessly denied it instead, trying to sell us on other services. Twaseen’s unprofessional conduct, lack of candor, and meltdown during our meeting ruined this experience for us. Please find yourselves another service, this one isn’t worth your time or money.

I can't even begin to describe my disappointment with this company. I had high hopes when we hired Twaseen (owner of the company).

After the wedding events Twaseen continuously contacted us while we were on our honeymoon and demanded rest of the payment which we sent but for some reason did not go through so we sent it again using different method. And he assured that we'll have everything soon.

But like Twaseen did to us when he needed his money, we didn't pester him. For months. Thinking he's a good guy and things happen it's okays he'll send everything soon. But man were we wrong. Do not judge a book by its cover. This man comes off as a very nice and trustworthy fellow but it's all a front.

It's been more than a year now, he rarely used to reply to our messages and now he doesn't even bother replying.

I would not recommend this company at all.
