Very pleased with the professionalism from Brand & Mortar. Me and my team had looked around at several digital marketing agencies in Toronto to redevelop our website and run a Google Ads campaign.

I notice that in the "reviews" section, the B&M agency has not hidden the negative reviews mentioned about it. Several customers have expressed their dissatisfaction, but their opinions are clearly visible. Generally speaking, people only like a good reputation. For me, B&M is like an open book, and that's reassuring because of the transparency that makes it a serious agency. At least you're warned that you might find yourself in this situation, and that appeals to your sense of good understanding. Credit to B&M for its sense of responsibility, which it assumes.
