I’ll start off by this, I will note Chelsea does provide great customer service. She sent me Home with a free goodie bag with mini products take care of my hair and a wet brush. Wish I was really happy with. The installation was very fast.

The negatives: I was her mother and I paid almost $1000 And this was at a discounted rate, since I was a model. Within the next day, I had several of the extensions falling out. Since this was my first time getting that extensions, I didn’t realize that this was unusual. However, I have been getting other forms of extensions for five years which she knew about and I was a little concerned. Coming home from our appointments the hair looked oily and wet. Also, within a month, the extensions were so matted and terrible. Understand she was trying out a new line which is one discount however, I’m not too sure where she got this from and charging me at that rate because they truly seem like Amazon extensions… There’s no way, my hair should be destroyed in a month. Like I said, I’ve had Permit extensions for five years and I’ve never experienced in my life so I’m not someone Who isn’t aware of how to take care of my extensions. I had to go to another salon and they were shocked at how terrible the hair was. And truthfully I lost thousand dollars how to pay for new extensions installation and the placement of here was so bad. With proper inspection, I realized that the extensions were not placed evenly in my hair. I had some that were installed over 2 inches from my hair Falco. I understand that you leave about half an inch as You would almost all other forms of extensions, but 2 inches. I hadn’t gotten the chance to wash my hair before more slid out within four days and I am someone who struggles with dry hair And I know you never apply conditioner or oils to the root of your hair if you have extensions only from the mid shaft to the end. Common knowledge is you do not wash your extensions the second or third day after an install, so why were they falling out.

I would also like to add she is an Educator in her field… Does that not worry people. She should not be teaching anyone.

Another observation she has one single bad review from 11 months ago however, in that post, it states to read the other bad reviews That poster did, and was worried, but decided to ignore them. That means there have been several bad reviews yet. She probably reported it and got it taken down. This salon has an open for two years and you’re telling me there’s only Reviews… I tried to be nice and post a photo after getting my hair done but… This was right after only good thing about it is I can flip it like it’s my real hair.

What can I say about Chelsea ? Only that she is AMAZING! I have been her client for over 5 Years and will NOT go to anyone else . Her knowledge with hair, her willingness to help and listen and her professionalism are a few reasons I like her .. amongst all she is Honest. The quality of hair she provides is amazing. Go see Chelsea she is the best you won’t be disappointed!

Chelsea is hands down the best! She offers convenient appointments to accommodate your schedule and she is professional through and through. I met Chelsea in 2019 and have been going to her since. She is warm and welcoming when she invites you into her home. She is upfront about the full cost before installation.
