It was an excellent experience working with Moonshot for my networking needs.

I had a couple of ethernet drops needed to finish up my project and they delivered.

Called on Monday and the installation was on Thursday. From speaking with Carmine to getting the installation done was a great experience!

Mike came in right on schedule and did an excellent job on our installation.

Excellent service. 18 years ago, before becoming Moonshot Automation we entrusted them with the setup of our new home. They did not disappoint! Our control system (installed by a different company) had developed problems and, as we quickly learned, the technology was beyond our scope of knowledge to tackle ourselves. We needed an expert and Moonshot delivered. Mike was professional, skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. He took a logical and deliberate approach to diagnosing complicated issues we were having. He asked good questions and listened well. He diagnosed two pieces of equipment to be faulty, replaced them and completely restored the system - despite being unfamiliar with the software.

Mike also provided excellent solutions for other issues we were having with TVs and internet, which had eluded other technicians who had tried earlier.

Moonshot did a wonderful job of fixing a configuration for a URC remote that had been bungled by earlier suppliers as well as reprogramming a Somfy blinds remote to be standalone, after it had previously been controlled by Control4 as well as a 3 zone speaker system. There is a history of others only interested in big jobs and none of the follow-up and was a pleasure to deal with Carmine and his team. If you can get the details right when simplifying legacy systems, then think that speaks well to the attention to detail for bigger cutting-edge jobs. Highly recommended.

I had a Starlink installation done recently. Carmine was responsive and scheduled the installation within a week of my first call to him. Mike and Trevor were very efficient .Installation was completed in a couple of hours. Would highly recommend them for any home automation work.
