The purchase and delivery was very good but the after-sales service is horrible, impossible to speak to anyone. I tried everything by email, chat, telephone for two weeks without success. Do yourself a favor and go make your purchase somewhere else. In addition, the extended warranty that we offer you comes from an American company which does not provide better service

Dernièrement, j’ai dû remplacer mon vieux projecteur. C’est par erreur que je suis tombé sur cette compagnie, mais quelle chance! J’ai principalement parlé avec Conor. Malgré la distance (je demeure à Montréal) et la barrière de la langue, j’ai adoré le service. Conor a su me conseiller et m’orienter vers le meilleur produit répondant à mes besoins ainsi qu’à mon budget! J’ai eu un petit pépin avec le premier projecteur que j’ai pu retourner sans problème pour le remplacer. En plus d’un service 5 étoiles, je n’ai trouvé aucun meilleur prix ailleurs!

The chairs look just as beautiful in person as they did online, with a sleek design and solid construction. They’re also incredibly comfortable, thanks to the thick cushions, and they’re easy to clean—definitely a plus!

I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase of Valencia Tuscany Theater seating. I purchased a Loveseat and two recliners. I was surprised by how quickly they arrived in perfect condition. And, even more impressed with how well they look and feel. They even have adjustable lumbar support, ambient lighting, an accessory attachment point for a variety of accessories like trays, wine glass holders and tablet holders. Too cool! I highly recommend Valencia to anyone looking for some quality seating that is sure to impress.

I purchased my Valencia theatre seating a few months back. I have been tremendously happy with the purchase! The furniture is very durable, high-quality, comfortable, and looks nice, especially with the built-in lights turned on. The mechanics/electronics are very smooth, quiet, and reliable. The storage room between the seats is huge. The cup holders are high quality and come out easily for cleaning. Three months in, and the furniture looks exactly as it did today it was delivered- and the chairs have gotten a lot of use. It’s an amazing deal at any price, but in my shopping, I felt the price point to be the best I found on the market. I couldn’t recommend this product more highly.
