Can’t say how much we had a great experience in this location Brandon our guy was a great expert and a very helpful asset to us navigating our need for my daughters first camera for the college, he has been above and beyond in every single aspect from knowledge, details, comparing different brands together, advice and very welcoming and friendly person.
This is our new home shopping for my daughter’s stuff for college moving forward.

Went in today to get a battery for a 50 year old camera. I was helped by Alicia. After some time, we determined that they did not have a suitable battery. She spent a lot of time researching and found a suitable battery. Alicia located one in Hamilton. She phoned to confirm that they actually the battery. Computers can be wrong sometimes. What excellent service for a $9.95 battery. JB

I had the distinct pleasure of attending an excellent photography forum, presented by Linda Matos, a very talented and creative portrait, wedding, and food photographer, at the Henry’s Camera store location in Burlington, Ontario. While there I also met Alicia Kitching, one of the most competent, knowledgable and affable sales people I have had the pleasure to work with.

Of course, any aficionado of photography and its supporting technologies cannot help but browse the inventory in such a fine establishment. My eye instantly fell on a scrumptious used Nikon AF 70-300 mm f4.0-5.6 lens which immediately started pleading, “Take me, take me!!!” I was smitten, and after exhaustive testing of all functions vis-à-vis the expected performance, I bought this delicious lens, perfect for my intended use photographing very fast radio-controlled model aircraft in flight at 100-150 mph. A protective filter and well-designed lens cleaning tool, and 3-yr extended warranty for the lens, rounded out the purchase. Everything at this location of Henry’s fully met my expectations and I commend you to it and it’s fine sales force.

Quinn was incredibly helpful and quickly processed my film development request. She then walked me through the use of the printing machine for black and white prints from a USB drive file. As my images were not exact required dimensions, Quinn demonstrated her “photographic eye” and quickly adjusted to capture the best field for printing. One photo had white borders which she offered to crop for me.
I will definitely use this branch for my printing and camera needs.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Henry's Camera Store on Brant Street in Burlington. The staff were not only rude but also unwilling to provide any explanations when I asked questions about their products. To make matters worse, they tried to sell me a camera that wouldn't even turn on. When I pointed this out, the representative dismissively claimed that the battery comes with no charge and insisted I take it home to charge it. His tone was impolite and condescending throughout the interaction.​

It's worth noting that while some Canon camera batteries may come partially charged, it's not uncommon for them to require charging before first use. However, this does not excuse the staff's behavior or their failure to ensure that products are in working condition before sale. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer service at this store was appalling. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location.​

Zane is one of the best customer service reps ever. He understood my problem, gave me options and provided lots of good info. Went above and beyond. Zane, pls start teaching a course on good customer service!!!! That man deserves a raise.

This location is fantastic. Super knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. Purchased a second camera body from them and Zane answered all of my questions. I live in Woodstock and will 100% go out of my way to go to this location over any others.
