Incredibly kind and gentle folks. Got my kids passport photo done here. Highly recommended. Also reasonably priced considering they give you a digital copy in the same cost.

Unique local retailers like this are a treasure and becoming so rare. Old school customer service that is miles ahead of corporate chains or online retailers. Even just browsing all the vintage gear and nerdy stuff throughout the store is a pleasure. Staff ask good questions and give good advice. Thanks for the great customer experience.

Spontaneously purchased a little Minox 35 ML camera from this store. Although I had some buyers remorse at the time, it’s an excellent travel camera; small and fits in every purse. The first roll of film from the camera came out great, a few photos included, developed by Burlington Camera.

I dropped off 2 disposable cameras to get developed and wow! The price to get them digital and printed is really affordable… i was paying almost double elsewhere. Super friendly people and speedy service. I dropped the cameras off on Tuesday and had the digital copies emailed to me by Friday! Highly recommend!

Amazing place with very helpful staff. Joan was very helpful and gave me a lot of advice. I also rented equipment and very happy with my experience with them. I highly recommend them! Now, I know where to go for all my photography needs.

They also have some cool vintage items! I loved browsing them while waiting for my rental.

The in-store selection is quite limited, and if they order items for you, the prices tend to be significantly higher compared to major retailers like BestBuy or online options such as Amazon.

I've visited the store several times over the past two years and, unfortunately, always left empty-handed. Additionally, it's worth noting that the store is a fragrance-free environment, so keep that in mind before visiting.

Overall, it might work for basic services, but if you're serious about purchasing photography equipment, you may want to explore other options.
