Extremely Helpful, and Honest!

My Asus ROG gaming laptop was running very slow. Sheldon diagnosed it remotely, and we figured out that the HDD running at full capacity. He swapped it for a SSD in about a day, was able to create a backup of my system, and i had my laptop back with the issue resolved completely. He didn't upsell for anything I didn't need and was fair with pricing for labour and parts.

Would 100% suggest going to PurkTech for all of your tech needs. Low pressure, tons of expertise, and fast service. 5 stars!

If you're looking for someone to check out your computer when you have nothing but issues, Sheldon at Purkteck can help you out, diagnose your system and help you fix what needs to be fixed so you can get back to work. I've been working with Sheldon for the past week. I didn't even need to go anywhere, he's been connecting remotely to my DJ laptop, running scans, reading error logs and suggesting things to try and resolve the many issues I was having.
