My review is about their people, not the product.

This is a team of graceful and helpful players. I wanted to join over a year ago but couldn't attend the success labs due to a schedule conflict and my own readiness (no website, domain, whatsoever yet). JG was flexible to allow me to sign up anyway and join a subsequent success labs. It turned out after one year, none of the labs worked for me. I'm a mom of five kids with a deeply religious schedule, so it is not their schedules that were the problem, but my own. I was offered to do the labs thru recordings, but that's really not my preference, so I asked for a refund instead. They had the perfect right not to do so, as it is not due to them that it is not working out between us, but they complied to my wish and refunded me fully without a fuzz.

I truly appreciate the helpfulness and gracefulness that Bonnie, JG and their team demonstrated throughout this whole time.
