I have been extremely impressed in all my interactions with Block. Rhonda does an excellent job of handling customer service and everything else.

First of all I think she has a talent for being able to speak human. The world of insurance can be incredibly confusing and she has a way of putting everything in small, simple words so I can understand them. (grin)

But also I get the impression that she's there to help ME, not the bottom line or the stockholder's quarterly earnings. She doesn't try to sell me things I don't need and is always there when I do need something.

Lyndon and the crew at Block's Agencies do an excellent job handling all of my insurance! They are so approachable and easy to talk to whenever you need help. I would HIGHLY recommend them to do any of your insurance as they will go out of their way to do anything help you out! An example of this was when I needed paperwork for my house done, and we only had 24 hours to complete it in order to complete the purchase. Lyndon worked so hard and was able to get the job done for us on time! Totally a life saver! If I were to have had this done anywhere else, it would never have been done on time! Lyndon at Blocks Agencies has taken great care of us since we switched over to them. He insures our dairy, houses, and cabin and renewal time is always hassle free. We've made a few major claims over the years including fire and hail damage and were fairly compensated for each claim in a timely fashion without any issues. Lyndon and all of his staff are also very helpful when we're in a hurry. Quite often we can add a piece of equipment or get a policy or renewal for something with a quick phone call or email.
