I find Outlook co-op has a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It is very easy for me to actually shop from my scooter and wheelchair. Even other shoppers are super helpful and friendly in this atmosphere. The sales are amazing, serving all budgets with quality food. And all across the board, the staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Excellent shopping experience:)

Nice deli. Immaculately clean, cleanest washroom I've been in in a public space in a long time. A good selection of good food. Not as much variety as a larger city store but what they do have is fresh and tasty and a little bit of everything!

The cashiers are friendly and quick to pack your bags. You can also pack your own with reuseable bags. There always seems to be some one around if you need help.

They need to stop constantly moving every product to different places throughout the store. This makes finding things very unpleasent when they are sonewhere else each time you go shopping! They usually only have one till open until the line gets way too long... efficiency is obviously not priority here... like the rest of the 'co-op empire', a lot of those employees wouldn't know which end of a shovel to dig with!

Great store and staff everything looks nice and in place except for the vendor breads I was in today and they look like a child threw a temper tantrum and threw all the bread on the floor and the parent hurriedly threw everything back on the shelf where it didn't belong just trying not to get kicked out they looked nicer before sorted by brand and types don't know who from head office pitched the change but they failed 🤣
