We have made small bookings and some more extended travels and Bernadette has never let us down. She is always pleasant and a joy to work with. I hope she has no plans of retiring. 😁

Hello all... My travel adventures started with Bernadette over 30 years ago. Over that time I have challenged her with hard to get to places as well as easier destinations. She has always stepped up, been on top of any issues, made them clear and concise to me and has been an ultimate professional. As is sometimes the case, airlines don't work out quite as they should, through no fault of the travel agency, however, Bernadette stepped up and made any bad issue okay. I was leery when the agency switched from being ITP to Transat Travel, but was reluctant to lose Bernadette as my agent. Thank goodness, as she is the absolute rock at this agency. I hope Transat Travel realizes what a treasure they have with this agent! Through the years I have gone from being a budget traveler to being able to travel with more comfort and money. Didn't matter with Bernadette, as she always dealt with me evenly, with a cheery demeanor at all times. Prompt in returning phone calls, emailing all details in a super timely fashion and handling everything I throw at her. Cannot recommend her highly enough.... Full 10 out of 5 stars, and will sadly rue the day when she retires which I hope is many years from now!
