Love the store for various items you could need, cell phone cases ,cell phone screen protectors and cell phone chargers !! I dropped my phone today and luckily they had a screen protector that could fit over my phone!! I was so worried when I dropped it but it was the screen protector that broke my my iPhone screen!! The man was very helpful and removed the old screen protector and sold me a new one and put the new one on my phone. Such a crazy day glad to have found help !!

What a great store - owner is fantastic!! We were traveling through and my portable hard drive packed it in. He asked what we were using it for and offered suggestions. Once a decision was made, he even offered suggestions on how to save the data on my existing unit! Would not hesitate to go back if we ever need support!!! Highly recommended!!

I bought a new iphone and renewed my telus contract, so spent some serious coin at this place. Service was good for that, but when I brought my husband's phone in for help the owner didn't want to help at all. Terrible customer service. Since then I haven't gone back, taking my business elsewhere and have related my experience there with my friends.

Ive been dealing here for a few years, since I’ve known about the place really. Why do I keep coming back? Virtual help cares to get it right and they have good prices. I get accurate information, it’s explained to me in a way I can understand, I know he cares not only about my situation, but ME because we’re part of the same small town and I can see him at a local restaurant or a local store or walking down the street or at the post office. He;s not just there to get my buck and put it into some big faceless nameless pot in the sky. When I purchase from Virtual help I am supported in my purchases. I remember I bought a TV once and he came over to my house twice after just to show me again how to swap it over so I could watch a dvd because I coulnt remember. Really? And without expecting anything in return. I bought a laptop about a year ago and it seems like I was in there twice a day for the next month asking questions. He answered my questions. Does he always have the time to coddle me ? lol no. But he sure tries if he does. I’ve watched hiom with other customers and I can’t believe how hard he tries to make people happy but with the right information. If you want help, real help, this is where you go. Will I shop anywhere for any of computers or phones and TV stuff? Not a chance because virtual help has earned my business over years of being the right place to go.
