it was my first and last to go in this saloon. I ask for hair color, and luckily I did not say for any highlights. when she ready to color my end hair, she just soaked my hair ends in the bowl with the hair color in it for about 10mins. And that night I notice my end hair are getting frizz. Then the next day after I washed my hair, it was totally damaged! They are busy, and she wants to finish as soon as possible. this is the worst saloon of my life! now, i need to trim my hair for atleast 2inches to remove all the damage ends!

The first two times I went for a trim I was very pleased. They did exactly what i wanted and the price was so reasonable. When I came back last time I was very disappointed. I asked for a simple trim with long layers (that I already had). She cut off way too much of my length and an insane amount of hair just to do layers. She used a razor without asking and it made my already thin hair look even thinner and it damaged my hair. I really dislike how my hair looks and it bothers me that she didn't even ask or check in. I've never had someone use a razor on my thin, long hair and I can see why. I definitely won't be going back. This will take ages to grow out. Extremely disappointed.

I just got the BEST cut and colour. They always listen and do exactly what I ask. I’m a 4 year repeat customer and highly recommend this salon. I’m very fussy and RARELY do good reviews. My colour is simply amazing.
