They continue to charge our card for 10 to 11 months additional after we canceled when we called him to say that they told us well there’s a spot where you’re supposed to write cancel in all caps or we don’t really cancel it.

Person on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, and let me know that even a manager would not be refunding our money.

For everyone else that has his experience with them all you need to do is go file a complaint with the FCC. Which is exactly what we just did so now the refund our money or they will get fined by the FCC and the government will orchestrate the return of our fraudulent charged account. I’m also going to file a complaint against the Hook agency that referred us to them.

This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Reading the other complaints on here these guys are bordering financial fraud.

Used the product for 3 years, plan was switched to annual plan without notice, when i called the company to ask for refund they denied it and refused any sort of refund.

Even if we accidentally switch to annual plan (which we are sure we didn't), they should honor a refund if the customer is saying its a mistake.

Absolutely poor policy and no regard for customer service.

Really terrible customer service and poor policy.

The company auto switched me to an annual plan and when i noticed and asked for a refund, they refused and offered no help.

I'm guessing revenues and profit is exceptionally bad otherwise why would they try and hold onto funds? - this company won't be around for a while.

I’m loving unbounce landing page templates. So many to choose from and completely customizable! There is a bit of a learning curve so don’t expect to sign up and publish a landing page immediately. It was well worth the time spent learning the platform. Plenty of tutorials on YouTube will save a ton of time!
The support team is amazing! Jordan, Jon and Megan all jumped on an issue I was having connecting Zapier. It was my lack of zap set up knowledge that was the issue but, they all replied promptly and helped me get it figured out.
So many tech companies won’t even discuss an issue with a 3rd party integration platform because they don’t represent the 3rd party. However, Unbounce support stayed on the phone with us until we found the settings we needed.

I attended a tech open-house at Unbounce during my job hunt. Their office is huge, their employees are friendly and very happy with their jobs, and they had beer on tap. It's going to be pretty hard to say anything less than 5 stars.

The support was uninspired and the platform is not anywhere near as easy as they claim. Make one change and the mobile site falls apart. Support sends you a link to a support document. Regretting using them.
