Sitely Pro was an excellent hire to create my online retail store. From beginning to end Jordan was very easy to work with, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Update: It would seem Sitely Pro has become too big to offer continued support for their smaller clients. I contacted Jordan to ask about getting some tweaks done to the website and was essentially told that he was too busy with "multi-million dollar" businesses to provide any continued service for me. One of the reasons I hired Sitely Pro in the first place was because of the assurance of continued support. While I understand situations change the very least they could have done was to provide notice of this to allow me to find someone else to provide site maintenance, or even pass on my business to a trusted colleague or recommend another designer that they know has the expertise to provide the service they promised. This would have been the professional thing to do.
