Just when you think great customer service is a thing of the past, I encourage you to step into Vacuum Works to be reassured that greatness still exists AND thrives in such a small community! Overwhelmed with options and disappointed in my Dyson, I felt discouraged in my vacuum hunt. Not only was I treated with respect, patience and kindness but I was informed, educated and left enthusiastic about a darn vacuum!! I can’t thank Karen and Paul enough for their guidance. Now… if only they would come do the vacuuming for me 😉

Was first time at this new store in the mall since the old shop in Ladner.

Owners are local, and the new showroom had lots of new vacuums in case my shark unit could not be fixed.

A couple of days later, I picked up my vacuum. They explained the issue with my vacuum head roller and were able to fix it.

As the name implies, they are Vacuum Works Plus... The plus is a complete home audio visual showroom, I enjoined the chance to look around at the new options I could get, including custom lighting when we upgrade next.

Good people, honest and knowledgeable. I give them five stars.

I went to Vacuum Works plus with my Miele vacuum, who stopped to sucks. The owner gave a quick look and figure out that simply there was some stuff blocking airflow. She was able to clean it and gave me the vacuum back right away. I've asked how much I owe for the service, but she said it was free, Thank you for this kind gesture. I will definitely refer your place to my friends.
