Blake Bolster is professional, knowledgeable and very good at his job. We looked at properties over about a 3-year period, maybe one or two a year, until we were ready to make our move to Kamloops. At no time did Blake pressure us. Plus he knows the area well so he could tell us the strengths and weaknesses of each property we considered - this one didn’t get much sunlight, that one was in a windy location, this one was built by someone he knew, etc - that helped us make an informed decision. Then when making the deal on the property we bought, he was there for us and helped us get a good price. He is also personable and easy to get along with. Highly recommend Blake Bolster.
