I've known for a while now about the value of niching, but in spite of watching many videos and reading many articles, I felt stuck and struggled to approach the whole process without getting lost in my head and just overthinking it.

The coaching session that I had with Amanda was a real breakthrough.

She listened to me around my own journey so far, the kind of 1:1 work that most lights me up, and what I've struggled with—not only in terms of marketing and filling a client roster, but also the underlying insecurity, doubt and imposter syndrome of, "Am I really helping people make meaningful changes in their life?"

I really felt like she met me where I'm at, normalized this stage of the journey, and offered feedback like, "You have a very strong internal compass." She helped me take the questions, concerns and hesitations I had around niching and marketing from a "red light" (I.e. stop, don't move forward, get kinda stuck or frozen there) to a "yellow light" (I.e. still might feel scary or uncertain, but can imagine taking a small step forward, bit by bit, and acknowledging the wisdom behind the hesitation).

Tactically, she pulled out from me a hard experience from a few years ago where I had "dream" job but really struggled, and helped me connect the dots and brainstorm how that might relate to a problem clients have that I could uniquely serve.

Overall, I left feeling energized for the first time in months around niching and I'm definitely going to explore working with Amanda longer-term. If you've watched videos around niching from folks like Tad Hargrave and George Kao but found yourself overthinking it and spinning your wheels, or more generally have struggled with how to market yourself as a coach and fill out a full client roster, I would 10/10 recommend meeting with Amanda!
