Our experience at this venue was exceptional. Orson and Jenna demonstrated outstanding communication, making the rental process seamless while providing thorough insights into the space. As we were not local to Vancouver, gaining an accurate sense of the location’s suitability for our film production was initially challenging. However, Orson and Jenna were incredibly responsive, addressing all our questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism. Their flexibility in accommodating minor requests beyond standard offerings was greatly appreciated. The venue itself is spacious, featuring a well-appointed kitchen and an inviting welcome foyer. We would enthusiastically choose this location again for future productions.

Conscious Lab is one of a kind in Vancouver, and frankly, the world.

It's not only a beautiful, open, historic and elegant space, but the quality of events and people it attracts is incredible.

I've been to everything from baby showers, yoga days, breathwork and meditation, workshops, long-table dinners, dance parties and everything in-between at Conscious Lab, and the space is perfectly flexible and works amazing for all these different groups and uses.

And the cherry on top - the hosts, Jenna and Orson are supportive, helpful and welcoming.

Conscious Lab is a dream place to attend events, host events and come to connect and be inspired.

Conscious Lab is truly a magical event space infused with so much wonderful energy. It was the perfect place to host my 2 day event. The ability to have food service prepared and served on site, while we were retreating in the other side of the space was absolutely perfect! Can’t wait to host again soon!

Incredible venue! We had our wedding reception here last April 2024 and it was magical. The space was perfect for our 70 guests and can probably fit more. We recommend booking the entire place for your wedding. We had cocktail hour, reception, and dance floor with DJ. Exceptional service from the conscious lab team. We are incredibly happy for selecting this venue. Our guests can't stop raving how beautiful conscious lab is!!! I highly highly recommend and will definitely book this space again in the future.

I recently had a birthday social at Conscious Lab and the venue was so incredible. My guests were able to mingle in the kitchen where we set up a Photo Booth. We had catering which went perfectly with the fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Then we set up our DJ in the main event room for fun and dancing. I have also hosted spiritual circles at Conscious Lab and trust it as the most beautiful and adaptable venue for all sorts gatherings. The communication and support from the owners is also fantastic and so easy. Highly recommend this space.

I've had the pleasure to be involved with Conscious Lab in a number of ways! I had my blessing-way for my first baby there, I've been to yoga workshops there, I've been to business gatherings and I've also catered events there with it's new kitchen space.

I recently hosted a networking event at Conscious Lab, and the experience was outstanding. The space, with its exposed brick walls and hardwood floors, offered a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly suited our event—no extra decorations were needed. Orson was amazing in the lead-up, patiently answering all my questions and offering invaluable assistance. He even recommended an incredible caterer, which was a huge hit with our attendees. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, and it was a huge help that tables and linens were available to rent. The venue is on the second floor, so be sure to inform your vendors. Overall, Conscious Lab contributed greatly to the success of our event, and I’m already looking forward to returning for future gatherings!

Disheartening Experience – Poor Management and Toxic Work Environment:
Although the are good in managing the events, but the behavior of the management, especially a manager, was deeply disappointing and unsettling for the temporary staff worked in the kitchen. It was uncomfortable to witness how staff members were treated, with no regard for their well-being or dignity. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously. It’s essential to treat employees with respect and kindness.
