I love this place. The staff are great, the store is well stocked, and it's so nice to have film developed locally. You would be crazy to order online when you can walk into this place and get your gear for the same price.

Replied as below:
1. Why would your store let an inexperienced person do such a challenging thing?
I would like to ask why I should be lenient on this matter? As a photography store, isn’t it your duty to send the right people to serve your customers? So why would you let an inexperienced person do such a thing? Is it the right thing to do like she is holding a camera and waiting for the baby to pose for her to take pictures? Shouldn’t the person taking the photo be fully prepared to capture the right shot? ? Is this the service I want to pay for?

2.About grace
You talked about grace. Have your employees done this? From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, there was not a single smile from your staff. Is this grace? OK, you can tell me she worked hard, she did a lot of work. But is this my fault, did I cause it? If not, why should I bear the consequences of this matter? Should I start showing compassion to your employees from the moment I walk in the door?

3. Something else to say
This is my second time visiting your store. The first time I went to take photos I left a good impression. That's because I was infected by your enthusiasm as soon as I walked in the door. So although I was not so satisfied with the follow-up service, I still want to visit your store again when I want to take photos for my baby this time. However, this experience can be said to be extremely bad. That's why I left that review. As for the reasons you refuted, it was not caused by me, so I should not be held responsible. I just hope that my family and I can receive the service that we deserve. That's all.

After visiting various stores such as Walmart and Staples, we were told we needed to bring a white blanket to photograph our child. We then chose to visit this location for our baby's passport photo. The process was quick, cost-effective, and particularly suited for infants. This place proved to be the best for photos, especially for young children, sparing us a great deal of hassle.

Really disappointed, not the quality we were expecting. I read about the business and the good reviews, and since we are due to renew our passports, I asked my husband if we could give them a try and have our passport pictures done here. We went all the way to Portage (we are coming from the northwest part of the city) and we were there before 3pm, and were thinking we’ll finish in no time as their website said the processing takes little time. However, it took a long time, they had to do a lot of re-takes (had 3 for myself, 2 for the other family members,there were 5 of us) but the quality wasn’t still good, the color seemed too dark (I am fair skinned but my pic showed me to be on the morena side). They did provide a little discount for the inconvenience but am not sure if we are even going to use the pictures they gave us, sadly a real waste of time and money.

They were very transparent, very patient, didn't try to upsell me or sell anything I don't need, were aware I had a low budget and went above and beyond looking for products that were affordable or on sale. You could walk out there without buying anything and feel comfortable to think about your options. Highly recommend just because they have a good variety of lenses, cameras, and anything related, and of course, excellent customer service. Thanks!

Bad experience!
The woman in the front desk was absolutely not good at taking photos. She does not like this job maybe.
She was not happy with doing service, so her face was as long as a donkey’s face when I came in. I thought she may do not able to smile, but I found I was wrong when I saw her smiling face to her leader maybe. She had no enthusiasm with this job. Having people like her here will quickly lower the store's rating.
She tried to take the photo for about half hour and finally failed! Thank the guy who finally helped us take the photo as this woman could not do this. I do not know why people like her could work there, a PHOTO central?
