So a lot of the reviews on here say that we don't clean their rooms, the thing is that if you have a do not disturb sign on the door that directly signals to housekeepers not to come into that room when it is up

This place sucks!!! If you are trying to get any work done using the wifi here then good luck ,it will never work!!.you cannot plug in anything to the sockets there it will all get burned or the power goes off!!The lady at the front desk is so rude!! I asked her for a new extension to plug in and she was so pissed that she had to move and do something about it!! i would never reccommend this place to anyone!!!

The room was ok, but the carpet was absolutely filthy. The internet was spotty so if you wanted to get any work done it kept kicking you out. I had a broken leg and had to ask for my garbage to be emptied and coffee etc to be refilled.

I was a walk in customer after the hotel I was staying at had run out of rooms for the next night (this wasn't the fault of the other hotel, more so my own planning). I walked in to the main lobby and spoke with a very friendly lady behind the desk. I explained that I wasn't sure how many days I was going to need a room. She called the house cleaning staff immediately and she had me in a room at a very fair rate within 5 minutes. When I got to the room my key wouldn't work and my hands were full of bags. One of the staff ladies came to the rescue by letting me in and ran to get another key. The room although itself was clean and comfortable. the wifi signal was strong enough that I was able to do all of my work related tasks. I slept well and while I planned on staying another night I left later the next afternoon. ||If you're looking for a brand new hotel with all new interiors, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a comfortable, family run, friendly hotel, this is the perfect place and you won't be disappointed. I'd recommend this place to others and thank everyone at the hotel for the help during my stay!

The rate they charged was more than what was on the website - they finally gave us the correct rate (actually a couple dollars less). Cleanliness of the room - they did do a bit better the next day. The outside of the drapes had ugly black marks, so they put in new drapes. The bed was comfortable. A big breakfast is included with the room rate and it was very good. Could hear dogs barking in other rooms sometimes.

Can only get your sheets washed if you ask, they take the sheets of your bed, wash them, then put them back on. Don't even for a second think you can get someone at front desk to answer the phone. 🙃

Our room was spotlessly clean.
The food in the restaurant was awesome,
Staff were very friendly . We loved our room and soft colours. Prices were good. And loved the birds singing outside the window. Well be back next time were passing thru..

When I first got to this hotel I had m doubts, because the outside looked a little run down. As soon as I got in my room, though, I was delighted. The furniture looked new and the room was spotlessly clean. The duvets on the bed were warm and they had a cheerful pattern on them. The water pressure in the shower was also good.||||The hotel is right off the highway on a frontage road, but as soon as I closed my door the road noise was mostly blocked out. ||||Tea drinkers will be happy to see that the hotel has provided a cute Brown Betty teapot. There is not a hair dryer, however, so bring your own.||||A full breakfast comes with the room. Breakfast starts at 5:30 AM, which is great news for us early risers!
