This place used to be good. Now management seems to be removed or uninvloved. Overload garbage bins, mouse everywhere, and lots of pot holes. Effort for the limited resources seem to be all centred around water, which is a big issue in Chetwynd. The town is on its third year drought. Any rural Subdivision has their well drying out. I'm glad this property seems to still have water running. But expect minimal response from management. They are "here" but "not here". There seems to be another company that does rent collection.

We moved out here from Chetwynd. We downsized and sold our house as we are almost empty nesters and heading towards early retirement. Owners and park managers are great people who have been nothing but kind, friendly, patient, understanding and accommodating to our move out here. Park has shown nothing but improvements since we've been here, new upgraded laundry and showers with vending machine is a nice feature. Great place to start for young families or heading towards retiring like us, we find our neighbors and residents in general friendly and welcoming with waves and smiles from people we know and some we don't. The owners and management seem to be committed to keep upgrading and making this a place you want to live at. They upgraded the water system, they make proper pads when bringing in newer modern units that they fix or update and make available for sale or rent, they upgraded the laundry and showers and added vending and additional parking. Website says no pet policy, but the owners/management were fair and reasonable when it came to this in our case.

If you are RVing, or a worker needing a clean quiet fair priced extended stay that has; great views, hiking and quad and side by side trails just outside the park, creek and river close by, friendly people, quiet, garbage & recycling, maintained playground, shower, laundry and vending facility, firepits and full hookups, come here. They even offer residents or renters RV/ boat storage for a very reasonable monthly fee, as well as we were offered a monthly snow removal and yard maintenance fee which I thought was not only fair but inexpensive. We are still able to maintain our lot but I thought for a retired or disabled or elderly person what an amenity to offer for so little. What I pay in monthy padrent was the same as what my monthly tax and utilities were to live in town. We love it out here. Summertime it feels like camping to us with RVers and campfires, kids, pets, people drive by waving or stopping to talk. Winter and fall the views are awsome and I enjoy the crisp, clean air smell and the smell of woodstoves burning. Most residents maintain and upgrade their homes and yards and the park has reasonable rules regarding this. They have put alot of time, effort, pride and sheer hard work into making this the most respectable mobile home/ RV park in the peace.

Great owners and good location! Owners are understanding and kind hearted people. Just outside of town but not too far out that getting groceries is a pain. Great living for those who want to climb the hills around or get out to the river not far from here, but still enjoy the amenities of Chetwynd.

Great place to stay, clean and recently updated. Easy access to highway, playground for kids and very friendly! Really enjoyed our time there, will definitely be returning.

Nicest mobile home park in Chetwynd. The RV park is a great place to stay for shorter term stays. Huge improvements in the last few years with the new ownership/ management.

This place was very welcoming to our family when we stayed for a month in 2018. The park manager helped us with all our questions, and there was a great park for the kids to play in. Would definitely recommend!
