Five stars and two thumbs up for Element Restorations!
They did two major projects on my house this autumn. One crew fixed the roof and replaced the shingles, then another crew replaced posts in my carport.
They did excellent work, made improvements in the existing structure, (better ventilation in the roof, bigger footings for the posts) and cleaned up all the mess daily.
Also, they were cheerful, kind, and I never heard any foul language from them which I appreciated very much!

We had a major flood through our roof drain of our place at Mt Washington which caused substantial damage. Jon and his team, including Construction Manager Mike, were instrumental in assisting to source the cause. Substantial repairs to our roof and replacement of our deck was needed. Elements does things right, and they brought in an engineer as our main supporting beam was damaged. Rather than having to lift up our entire cabin, they creatively constructed two horizontal cantilevers which now provide much more support that we previously had. This was not an easy job and took a lot of time and we were literally in a race to beat the snow. We were extremely happy with ALL of the Elements staff we dealt with and would highly recommend them if you are in need of a restoration or renovation.

Absolutely atrocious company to deal with. It took them almost a year and a half from the time I signed off on the quote to the time they actually sent someone to start the work. They would just send emails saying “something has come up but you are next on the list”.
And when they finally showed up to do the work, they refused to do it when they got to site and then billed me for 2 guys to do nothing for 4 days.
In my opinion they’re absolute crooks and if anyone is even considering hiring them, send me a message and I’ll show you the emails and invoices of how they will try to rip you off.

Element Restorations organized a visit right away. I thought the initial price would be for a deposit. As it turns out, it was the payment for the visit and repair of our skylight. Polite, excellent service. We highly recommend!

In February 2023, Donna and I inherited a three-bedroom rancher – now our wonderful retirement home – in Willow Point. We had inherited a massive challenge starting with a major black mold issue in the crawl space and a time-expired drainage system around the foundation. Living in Victoria at the time there was no way we could manage the restoration ourselves. A friend recommended Jon Adamo and his team at Element Restorations. From the moment we met Jon we knew we had found a contractor we could rely on. Down to earth, professional, efficient, trustworthy … kinda sums it up. Over the next several months Element crews fixed our mold and drainage issues, laid new floors, totally remodelled the bathroom and kitchen, replaced doors, installed new lighting, built decks and ramps and painted every surface. Jon was on our doorstep every step of the way immediately addressing every little issue that popped up. Trust me when I say these folks are the real deal.
