If you read all the one-star reviews they are all true this company is all about taking you for every dollar they can horrible company been with them 12 plus years. If there's an issue on their end they will charge you to fix it. They used to give me 25 users and with the new contract they took away 15 users if you want additional you have to pay them $25 each so if you already have a team of 20 or 30 you're automatically going to have to pay that. Any issue you have or upgrade it is $1,000 or more for the simplest fix or upgrade. They try to sell you on upgrading your site to get more traffic they actually hurt my website I was generating 15 or 30 leads a day they sold me on upgrading my site that it was going to be better and my leads automatically stopped to non-existent cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 👎

When you find someone great, you want to share it! I’m excited to announce that they launched a stunning new website for me. My very first PPC lead is already under contract (which is amazing, though not typical). The platform provided the tools, but it’s up to me to work it and convert those leads. Success only comes with consistency and dedication.

I've been with REW for many years, and that is because of people like Sammi Ho, Customer Success Mgr. & Jeff Pady, Sales Mgr. always find a way to be sure I'm at optimal performance levels in my Outer Banks of NC Real Estate website. With a custom area like the OBX my site management is not "cookie cutter" and they really understood that when I needed some assistance! Service is what counts here....and of course the IDX search tool and supporting lead management systems they implement are stellar! Go with REW!

Horrible company BEWARE. This company is only out to take your money and over charge you. They do not look out for your best interest . If you want a website build your own that you will actually own THIS RENT A SITE is trash you'll never own it or be able to make custom adjustments unless REW does it for you for thousands of dollars.

Avoid this company at all costs! They lock you into an agreement and provide NOTHING to help you get any rankings. 8 years - ZERO leads, can’t be found on Google - no guidance. 100k spent for nothing!!! Don’t waste a dime with these people you can do what they do for free.

The only reason to give a 1 star would be for the few individuals that helped me set up the site. What they didn't tell me at the time I signed their lengthy agreement was the added amount of money I would need to spend to keep my maps working, and get leads shuttled to my website. All of that is told to you AFTER you sign their long contract. I have asked to cancel, but was told via email that they won't let me out of it. I have a child who needs some very expensive medication now and I am sitting here giving them $500 a month on auto draft for absolutely nothing while worried about other more important things for my son. They were going to ask management if they could release me, but I never heard a word back (this has been ages ago). I am not tech savvy so for me the entire point of doing this was to take the burden off of me and help get my business rolling. The entire project was over my head from the start. I am raising three children and had hoped this was going to help me run my business better, but all it has been is an entire waste of my money. I am literally just watching them take money from my checking account month after month and it is sickening.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!! Disappointment is an understatement.

My experience with Real Estate Webmasters unfortunately did not meet my expectations in the least. Despite their promises (they have a great A-game when they are trying to get you to sign up) our website never made it live.

The lack of progress was exacerbated by poor communication and unhelpful extremely negative blame game customer service. Responses were delayed and lacked the clarity needed to address concerns effectively. This left me and my team feeling angry & frustrated. To be fair we are an extremely busy team that expected that hiring a high end company would help us to ensure our website was up running and working... THEY NEVER CHECKED IN... we would follow up and eventually looked to cancel the service, because what a total waste of resources. We had signed a 1 year contract and they were not going to let us out of it even if they weren't living up to the agreement ... also didn't bother to try to rectify the situation when brought to their attention... too busy maybe?

Furthermore, the cost of their services felt disproportionate to the value received. Given the outcome, the investment made in Real Estate Webmasters was not justified. If things would have gone as they promised ..... maybe. But once you're roped in with them you can't leave easily.. so probably not.

While I understand that challenges can arise in any business endeavour, the overall experience left me angry and turned off that a company can treat their clients like a monthly paycheque that they don't have to deliver on and just wait out the contract without ever trying to rectify the issues... they would constantly throw it back in our faces and then never check in.

Honestly, I've never written a negative review... but I wish I would have read something like this before I had gone ahead with them and wasted time and money.

I’ve used REW products for some time now and I cannot rave them enough. The quality of my PPC leads are best-in-class- so good that I’ve closed 4 deals within the last 45 days with them alone. The team at REW offers friendly and fast paced service if I ever have any support questions, it’s been a pleasure working with this company.
