Accueil sympathique.||Chambre normale avec 2 lits queen par contre, on entend le moindre bruit de ceux qui sont au-dessus ! Mais pas le bruit de la route car les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure en arrière de l’accueil et de la route !||Le chauffage fonctionne car il faisait frais et humide dans la chambre donc on l’a allumé même en plein mois de mai !||La chasse d’eau coulait en permanence, on a dû la couper pour pouvoir dormir tranquillement !||Parking gratuit dans la cour, mais quand y’a des voitures avec des remorques, les places se font assez rares !||Bon point, le sol en revêtement plastique pour la 2ème fois de notre road trip, ça change tout !! merci !||Petit déjeuner compris, enfin un bon pour un sandwich et un café au Subway d’à côté ! Perso, si je l’avais su avant, j’aurais pris un autre motel car je déteste le Subway, c’est dégueu et le café n’était pas à volonté !!!||Pas de cafetière, ni café par contre frigo+micro-onde.||Pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre.||Piscine extérieure vide.||Chien accepté : frais $10 +tax /nuit

Very nice room - newly renovated. The shower was really nice! They are renovating right now, so the parking lot is a bit chaotic, but that's understandable. I think it'll be really nice once the renovations are done. The breakfast that is included is great too!

Just went through town recently, didn't pull in as there was road construction out front and didn't look like the pool was up and running yet. Hopefully they get the pool going. If they clean this place up a bit and keep the pool up and running, it would be the best spot in Cache Creek during the summer.

It's very shabby and poorly kept. Very strong odor of freshener. The walls are marked up,stains on the ceiling. Lampshades ripped. Towels are dingy. The TV didn't work properly. I stayed at Super8 in 100 mile for the same price and I gave them an excellent review.

Really sweet lady, she honestly made the stay. She worked the office until 11pm and checked us in so late, then opened the subway for our breakfast, made a fresh pot of coffee for us too. Rooms were very clean, awesome blankets and pillows. Mattress was a bit firm but my spouse loved it. I would stay again just for the customer service. You can stay at a 5 star hotel but you'll always remember how the staff treated you. Staff here are a 5*

I've stayed here through work a couple of times over the last 3 years. It's in a great location, but the hotel is in a very poor state.
The rooms are dirty, and poorly maintained. The A/C is often broken, and the wait to check on is longer than you'd expect.

The owner seems to not want to pay for enough staff, and has one person running the front desk, as well as the Subway next door.

The staff members I've dealt with have always been very nice, and very friendly, but the owner is running the place into the ground.

Another bad experience I had was when I was sent to this hotel after the Sandman overbooked, I was told by Cashe Creek Motor Inn that payment had been taken care of already. I then had a call from Cashe Creek Motor Inn a month later telling me that they would be charging me for 5x rooms (despite me only booking 3), and that I would have to chase the Sandman hotel for my money.

It's a poorly run business. The friendly staff should find positions at better hotels

Honestly if the beds were upgraded I would have zero complaints. It's your typical motel but the outside is super cute with sitting areas. The pool was available outdoors at all hours bit was freezing cold and we only stayed to sleep so wasn't able to take advantage during a nice day. The beds were as hard as a rock and probably the most uncomfortable bed I jhae ever slept in. Otherwise uts an older cute motel that needs updating. They offered breakfast at subway however we had to start traveling before it opened.

Absolutely filthy. The beds are gross and old as the building they are in. The floors were so dirty we had to mop with a towel we included a picture. You can hear the people upstairs. Every moment. The toilet ran all night. And it was double the cost of a nicer cleaner hotel down the street. I would not recommend this place. Also we had to use our bedding from our camping gear because the hotel's was full of hair and did not feel clean in anyway. The bath tub had hair in it as well. SO DISGUSTING. And for over a hundred dollars. A complete rip off.
