I needed an outside AP at short notice for our business. They were very pleasant and helpful over the phone and had what we needed in stock. They even offered delivery and it was very quick. This business is highly recommended and we will definitely use them again.

We ordered a new phone system from them, it was a phone system that could connect to our employees cells phones via internet connection. The system ended up not working. Not sure why, we’ve heard many other businesses use this same system without an issue.

Anyways Quinsam Communications went above and beyond trying to figure out the technical issues. They spent many hours working on trying to resolve it and make the system work.

Eventually we couldn’t be without a phone system and longer and asked for a refund which they graciously accepted.

The product had tech issues. But this company stood behind the product and did the fair and honourable thing.

I appreciate businesses like this and can’t recommend Quinsam Communications enough.

I've personally purchased every single handset I've owned in the last 6 or 7 years from Quinsam Communications. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for their customers every single time.

When you work with Quinsam, it feels like you're working with friends, they genuinely care about the customers satisfaction and will stop at nothing to make sure when you walk out that door you got exactly what you came for, and if not, you often walk away with something even better!

Now that they've launched an online store, shopping for accessories and peripherals is a breeze. Quinsam knows what they're doing, and they consistently do it right. Don't waste your time with the other guys, Quinsam gets the job done!

The person on staff was very friendly and helpful, and worked as efficiently as possible while very busy. The store should have more employees available for busy times, as there were many customers waiting both times that I went there. I'm still giving four stars because it's so much better than Telus's phone line customer service.

Price gouging and poor service! Our mid-size company has been dealing with Quinsam Communications for over 15 years, not by our choice, as we were directed by Telus to deal with them for support with our phone system and cell phones. IT staff report that when Quinsam technicians come on site for support, the work is shoddy or they don't know what they are doing, only work for 5 minutes and leave. Lots of complaints about price gouging, especially around hardware and services that are not needed. Staff feel the focus in on upselling and not on service.

Other regular complaints from our employees was the poor service both at the main office and Telus store when dealing with cell phone issues. In particular, a front reception staff has been extremely rude on the phone and in person with our staff.

We prefer to support local businesses in Campbell River, but for the reasons above we will unfortunately not be doing business with Quinsam Communications again and are moving the contract down Island.

They used to be a good service for low income but now that they are a branch of Telus they're unaffordable the rates are ridiculous the only affordable rate is to get someones used and broken phone
