In my opinion, Studio North is absolutely worth it—not just because of the quality of their classes and teachers, but because of the warm, welcoming community they’ve built. Everyone is incredibly helpful, kind, and always made me feel at home.

The teachers provided me with so much support, even on a personal level. If you’re from out of town like I was, trust me—you’ll feel right at home.

The classes are on another level, always challenging, and every single teacher in that studio has so much to offer.

Thank you to Cole, Andrew, Joyce, Habi, Xzy, Victor, and Kelvin for constantly pushing me to be the best version of myself as a dancer and for always making me feel part of their community. (DO NOT hesitate for even a second to take classes with these amazing instructors!)

And of course, they have an incredible staff who were always there to help me and made me feel like Studio North was my home from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Elizabeth, who always went out of her way to assist me and make sure I had everything I needed.

I’m certain that if you come to Studio North, you’ll have an unforgettable experience and gain the tools you need to grow as a professional in the industry.

Such a nice clean space to dance in! Had a class with Mary for Beginner Heels, she’s really encouraging, gives pointers to make the dances accessible, and creates an inclusive atmosphere too. The class is a bit late on a Friday but the scheduling really works well for a 9-5er! It’s hard to find beginner friendly classes scheduled at a time that works.

I was very excited and I got the 3 classes package for $45 plus taxes. I should have read all the details because it was valid for only a month! I have to rescheduled one of the classes and another one was cancelled, and then the month was over. I lost the package and I haven't step inside the studio.

Great community and dance studio. Fair pricing for all levels of talent and skills. They do a lot with local secondary schools throughout the mainland.

Got to take a couple classes at Studio North while visiting Vancouver. Highly recommend! The staff were friendly and helpful and the space is beautiful. Easy to access via public transit. The instructors were positive and helpful, and one came up to me to give me personalized advice on my dancing. I learned a lot and am so glad I visited! Will come again next time I’m in Van or Toronto.
