I purchased a home and wouldn't have been able to if it wasn't for Viviana. Buying a house for the first time is stressful enough especially when doing it at a distance away... she made it much easier and always listened to my worries and concerns. Jayden was heaven sent! We were first time home buyers and was also moving from Manitoba to Alberta. She made everything so easy for us. Yes, she showed us homes via Facetime and each of them went so well! We pretty much bought our house virtually. But we never felt unsure or uneasy with her because she is so easy to work with. We never had to wait too long before she responds or to wait for any information we need. She just genuinely wants us to find the right home. We feel so lucky we found her and we now are a very happy home owners in Alberta!
