Edit: This was my third visit to Lauren and this review stands. Highly recommend her as a stylist, she does a great job with my hair and on a personal level, she is a joy to interact with.

Lauren is my stylist and I absolutely love coming to see her. My first cut was a full wash/cut/style and my second cut was dry (LOVE that she offers this service). Not only is she great with my fine but plentiful wavy/curly hair, she's so laid back and welcoming. She's the kind of stylist who won't push expensive service just for the hell of it - if you're working with a limited budget, she'll give suggestions on how to work within that, sans judgement. I can't see myself going to any other stylist while I'm living in Edmonton and I genuinely look forward to seeing her when I go in.

Also, for anyone who's got a sensitive scalp - I don't think I've ever met someone with more gentle hands. I'm never wincing in her chair like I have in other salons.

This is a really special place to me. I've struggled with baldness for a decade, decided I wanted to get a hair system. As soon as you Walk in it's clear how big of a deal this place is. The set up is GORGEOUS, all the folks working are so kind and genuine, and most importantly the quality of the product and service is unmatched.

Ive had the pleasure of meeting and working with Brent and Cathy, their passion is so clear. The entire process is fun, they're very clear and honest about EVERYTHING, and they are always available for support or questions.

You have to go here, if you're struggling with the same issues I was just skip the decade of questioning it and just go here. I can't remember a time in my life I was happier with my appearance, the hair is real and I have 0 doubts going out that anyone could ever even tell. Believe it or not the hair system is easier to maintain than real hair. Love this place, love you guys, your passion is contagious!
