Melanie is an amazing person, trustworthy, hardworking and committed to helping people. I can’t believe everything she has done for me over the years. We actually didn’t meet in person until last month, which makes my experience with her all the more remarkable.
I inherited a house in Sundre, quite unexpectedly 4.5 years ago. I wasn’t from the area and had only been to the house once, just before meeting Melanie over the phone. I needed advice about what to do with the house. Melanie's advice was spot on. She suggested I do a few small repairs, paint the interior, and rent it out. I ended up hiring her to do the work because she use to flip houses. She did a great job for a very reasonable price and then found me renters who stayed over four years.
This past winter I asked how the market was and Melanie said it was a great time to sell. As with renting the house, she was my rock through the entire process, providing names of people for needed house repairs, all easy to work with and all fairly priced, then the day it was listed, she brought me a great offer! She then helped make sure the tenant left the house in the same condition as when they moved in four years earlier. I can honestly say you won't find a better realtor or person than Melanie!

Melanie works extremely hard to get your place sold, or to help you find the perfect home for you and your family. She helped one of our sons sell his place and buy another. She was amazing. Then she helped our second son sell his house, and got a great price for it. Melanie is who you want, to sell your place, or to help you buy one!!!
