Candice was awesome with my 14 year old daughter. Very friendly, professional and clean. She was great about explaining everything as she went and my daughter says the 3 piercings she got barely even hurt. The studio is very clean and organized but is still inviting. We would definitely book with her again!

I got my septum pierced here in early January. I cannot recommend this boutique enough! Piercer was extremely nice, sanitary, quick, and followed all protocol amazingly. Follow up of piercing care was provided and was substantial! An emailed copy of my waiver was sent, additional aftercare instructions emailed as well, aftercare was gone over with me by the piercer, and an aftercare card was given as well. Extremely thorough and kind. Customer service was impeccable, very responsive and helpful and was incredibly kind to work with in booking an appointment. They even reached out to me on a day they were closed after I had left a voicemail. As a customer service professional I am highly impressed with the level of service I received and I have already recommended this shop to others. Thank you so so much to the lovely staff and my piercer as well for the excellent work and beautiful new piercing!

I was especially nervous to get a septum piercing as I’m older and never had any piercing before. Candice has been amazing. She answered all of my silly questions ahead of time over instagram, and has been fantastic for follow up questions. The way she did my septum piercing surprised me—I don’t know if I had any pain at all? I got very lucky and Candice is fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I went in for a helix or a rook piercing. I hadn't quite decided yet. They helped me decide by talking about pros and cons and healing. I was leary about the helix because of my glasses. I settled on rook after Candice told me I had the perfect anatomy for that piercing. The entire process was easy, comfortable, fun and sanitary. I highly recommend Candice and her team. Also a huge selection of jewelry.

I came in to get a "curated ear" experience and I was not disappointed. The professionalism and friendly demeanor is just unmatched. They have an incredible collection of jewelry to choose from and are there to help assist everyone to find what fits their budget. I saw some kids come in after me to get their ears pierced and I saw how kind and gently they treated them. An amazing place to upgrade your existing jewelry, bring your kids for their first piercing, or get something for yourself.

I removed my recently pierced (approx. 4 months ago) nose ring to clean it after recovering from a cold, couldn't get it back in and panicked! Lol. I called this morning to see if I could get some help putting it back in and I was offered an appointment within an hour, which was perfect. When I arrived, there were three super friendly women who greeted me and I was in and out in just a few minutes. I'll definitely be back to buy some new jewelry in the coming months and would HIGHLY recommend supporting this awesome, local business! 🌟
