Great experience! I needed to get a large poster made of a custom sketch. They were prompt to reply to my inquiry, and made sure I was happy with the resolution before printing. It turned out so well. On top of this, they were extremely friendly and personable. I will never get copies printed at staples again (where I have had many mistakes made and poor communication). Changing from 5-1, maybe management changed. Sent a pdf specified a size and number, they called me in the morning, didn't want to give me a price... Asked me to give them a budget instead. I gave them what I'd like to have and they laughed and said they'd email me. They emailed at the end of day with a quote and no attachment, I replied saying as much and they haven't emailed me back.
