Beautiful studio for your yoga needs, the staff/instructors are absolutely incredible, very considerate, they start every class by telling you to perform at your own level, they supply blocks, mats, staps and blankets, when it's warm we go out to the patio to enjoy the class in the outdoors. They also have an incredible juice bar and even an early morning class offering fresh brewed coffee.. I would highly recommend Heartspace studio to anyone.

Absolutely love Lindsey Smith’s Yin Yoga class on Friday evenings. She presents a calming safe environment, where people of all levels on yoga feel welcome and cared for. What a great way to end the week and a great start to the weekend.

I’ve really enjoyed visiting this studio over the past several weeks while attending their Yoga for Anxiety workshop with Dalaine. She is a fantastic instructor and is considerate of everyone’s individual needs. I highly recommend her classes. The studio is clean, has beautiful natural lighting, and provides all of the blocks, bolsters and blankets you’ll ever need.

Was looking for a yoga studio in Lethbridge and chose this one because they offered good rates for people new to the studio and students. So glad I chose this one, even though pretty much all my classes so far have been online due to covid I have really enjoyed them and I am looking forward to when I can do classes in person. All the teachers are great!

My spine has never felt so healthy and bendy! I used to push myself into hard poses to try and train it to be more flexible but the teachers here have shifted my mindset to go easier on my body when it needs it and it has improved my mental and physical practice a ton. I love love love practicing with heartspace
