It has been about a year and a half year since my site was moved over to hosting with nine10 Incorporated due to a merger.

During that process they had a crash, which resulted in them losing my entire website.

12 years of my life's work which was my online work portfolio as well as my online store that I was just getting ready to relaunch, was gone.

In that year I lost major contracts, lost tens of thousands of income and the opportunity to take on new jobs because of the crash and the lack of action by nine10.

With 100,000's of Pinterest links broken and the traffic that comes with those links will forever affect my business. I will not ever be able to recover from this.

After a few "very brief" calls my site rebuild was put on the back burner for many months.

Concerned that I was not hearing anything from Ryan, I contacted them to get the site live which they did eventually do, though with many errors. I was patient and understood that because of the volume of websites they had to rebuild it would take a bit of time.

I was rewarded with an invoice stating they were doubling my rates and a broken portfolio.

I was incredibly disappointed with how I was treated. It was not a priority to nine10.

It has been a year since I moved my site to another hosting company, and I am still finding things which require fixing, not a good look in one's portfolio and it is still affecting my ability to earn an income.

If you want to deal with a company that cares about its clients, offers good communication and customer service, please look elsewhere.

They took away my ability to work and earn an income and could not care less. The stress caused by dealing with this company has been immense.

To lose 12 years of my hard work is devastating. They acted like it was nothing.
