We had the pleasure of having Cropped Studios film our wedding week.
They were so patient and kind in their approach when providing directions, despite us not having experience being in front of the camera - they made us feel so comfortable. They were so pleasant with our families as well - even though it was a chaotic desi wedding lol.
Also, the same-day edit left literally everyone, including ourselves, mind blown! The edit itself was so majestic and there were tears in the room due to the vibe and emotions it was able to portray. I'm hoping the wedding videos themselves are able to meet the high bar that the same-day edit has set!

My husband and I had the BEST experience with Cropped Studios. The team is so fun to work with and make you feel so comfortable!! We did multiple pre-shoots with them before our wedding week and each one got us more excited for the actual week itself! The team is so easy to talk to and our photos turned out BEAUTIFUL! They truly go above and beyond for their couples. I was disappointed with my backdrop that was created at my house and I reached out to Cropped to see what we could do to make it better. The owner, Yug, didn’t hesitate and came over to view it and make any changes which resulted in me loving my backdrop!! They truly have an eye for detail which my husband and I appreciated the most. The team doesn’t rush and ensures that they have captured everything needed. We do not regret hiring Cropped Studios at all and if we could do it all over again, we definitely would!! My husband and I are happy to have built such a great relationship with the entire team!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I am so glad that I booked them for my wedding. I can’t say enough about how professional Cropped Studio team is and the quality of work that they provide is amazing. They are super talented and creative. Yug and his team made sure me and my partner were comfortable during the photo session and enjoy the experience. My family loved how friendly and respectful they are. Yug and his team got along with my family so well! Cropped Studio are truly passionate about their work and they make sure their client are served with best and provide amazing experience. Yug helped me so much during the wedding week and suggested me right vendors who also provided great experience and everything was done right. Me and my partner had so much fun during wedding shoot. They definitely made sure we get the best experience. They are super creative with their work. I would highly recommend him to everyone and you won’t regret it TRUST ME!!!

This experience has been nothing short of a disaster. If you're hoping to cherish your wedding memories through pictures, steer clear of this company. They managed to lose all of my reception photos and videos, citing card corruption as the culprit. However, their absence of any video footage from the day raises questions. Their lack of professionalism was concerning. When they seemed overwhelmed on my wedding day, I raised my concerns, but they were dismissed, citing multiple bookings for the day. It's crucial they learn to take on only as many weddings as they can effectively handle.

The saga continues. Yug, the owner, claimed he needed to focus on his mental health, and suddenly became unreachable, leaving me with no pictures from my reception. I would advise spending a bit more to hire someone more reliable. It was alarming to see my makeup artist instructing them on how to take pictures on the day of my reception. After such a massive loss of pictures, they shouldn't be considered for another wedding. After we parted ways I told him he could NOT use my remaining pictures for publicity and noticed he took my pics down from his site but then I was contacted by a friend who was looking for wedding photographers and they were given a flyer by Yug with my pics all over it! When I confronted Yug he went MIA. He also deletes his company off google when the negative reviews start piling up, so heads up..

To add to the frustration, they delivered only 400 pictures for 6 full days of events, no wedding video, no album, no reception pics (I came in on a helicopter and he lost all the pics from this day). I can't bring myself to look at these photos, each one a painful reminder of the lost reception day. To top it all off, Yug seemed to be seeking sympathy, without acknowledging the life event he ruined for me. This only scratches the surface of their numerous failings; the list could go on.

Another client had a similar experience with Cropped Studios and noticed that negative reviews are vanishing from Yelp and Google. This manipulation not only hides the truth from prospective clients, but also prevents the company from growing from its feedback. So, save yourself the pain and heartache. Do not hire this team.

I had such an amazing experience working directly with Yug and Louie! From all the way from our engagement, to our pre shoot and actual wedding week, they were always fun to be around and made us extremely comfortable while being photographed which doesn’t come easy to us! The atmosphere stayed fun and professional. The end result of all our photographs is beautiful! From the pre shoot to actual wedding and reception albums are beautiful and beyond what we expected. The whole gallery delivered! Our NDE was played during our reception and we were getting messages on stage about how amazing it was and had guests tracking down Yug himself to ask for availability. I was always able to reach Yug, with any questions I had during wedding planning
and after. He always got back to us in a timely manner and considered everything we had to say about any ideas as well! The team made both my husbands and my family feel comfortable enough to have fun during the whole experience, and the end result was beautiful!

It’s been over a year and we still haven’t gotten all our pictures and I’m sure they have lost my henna pictures because it still hasn’t been added. They are not always responsive and it takes weeks to get a reply. The first time we got our wedding video it was not very well edited at all and then they reviewed it and sent us another one and it is still choppy and it looks they didn’t even look at the video to properly edit it! As for our pre-shoot pictures, we did not receive them until the day of the wedding and we needed it at least 2 weeks in advance. We did the pre shoot in May and the wedding was in July . I mean the pictures are great if you want them for photography but when it comes to the wedding videos… we are not happy.

Yug and his team were extremely professional and we are so happy we had them capture our wedding. You spend a lot of time with your photo/video team during your wedding weekend and we had a blast with Cropped Studios while capturing the most amazing content.
