I would have given zero star if there would be an option. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and was sent a chicken pizza instead. When I called to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude. They refused to apologize, refused to fix the order, and refused to refund any money. Instead, they said, "We deal with customers like you every day," and insisted they would not change anything. To make matters worse, they kept both pizzas and didn’t offer a single penny back. Absolutely terrible service, no respect for customers, and a complete lack of accountability. We live Chestermere so we order every month from here. When we went to return pizzas, instead of apologizing, they were arguing with us so rudely . I will never order from this place again and would strongly advise anyone else to stay away!

Wow where do I start… we ordered a Tandoori chicken pizza. It came topped with possibly SIX microscopic cubes of chicken (shrinkflation?) and the cheese on top totally burned like crème brulee. The dough could be substituted with cardboard and still taste the same. I’ve had frozen pizza from a gas station that was infinitely more satisfying. All this can be forgotten and/or forgiven had we not also ordered chicken wings…

I’ve never eaten chicken wings that had the gamey stench of a boiled goose before but here we are. We ordered a batch of salt & pepper along with another box of hot(?) and neither of them tasted like anything but boiled meat….

We basically threw $50 of food in the trash and went to Boston pizza to feel better about what was supposed to be a fun meal. I don’t think the owners have ever had real pizza so maybe this is totally okay for them but we definitely won’t be dinning from here again.

On a side note the kid behind the counter was pleasant and food was ready pretty fast.

Best pizza in town!!!!! Haven't tried any cheese pizza better than theirs. Nicest staff i've seen in any restaurant.

Best pizza in town. Absolutely love it🫶. I will call it a hidden gem as well. The pizza was so delicious and perfectly cook from top to bottom. Amazing job guys. On top they throw free dipping sauce and price of the pizza is reasonable as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who is a pizza lover and know what you call a real pizza. Keep up your taste guys.

Very unprofessional and no customer service at all. Ordered 3 pizzas out of which one was gluten free. Gave us the wrong pizzas and asked us to come back when we went back instead of being sorry the person is saying that you have to pay 2 more dollars. Have never got this kind of cheap service before in my life. Definitely will never be ordering from here again.

Ordered two pizzas and I wish I didn’t!
Barely any toppings on it, they spread them sooo thin you couldn’t even taste it, 10 pieces of pineapple on the large and some slices had none at all, the ham was far and few between and they used the sauce like there was none at all on it!
I would of been better off going to Costco for pizza!
I will never be returning and thanx for wasting my money! We all know how far the dollar goes now a days and to be totally ripped off make me feel like a fool!

A great place to get your pizza. Today was my first time here and the service was great. I was not sure what types to order at first but the staff was patient and polite with me and helped me make great choices. I got 2 boxes in good time, very yummy, very filling. My children enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place anytime, anyday. You are guaranteed of excellent customer service and good food. Clean environment too.
