Right from the start, we were very impressed with the level of service we received from Iris Scherger. Living out of Province but looking to move we corresponded regularly over email and telephone. Iris took the time to learn about us and our family dynamics to understand what we were looking for. We made a weekend visit in February 2022, flying into Edmonton and driving the few hours to Bonnyville; with the guidance of Iris we changed our rental vehicle from compact to a large vehicle and grateful for her advice. She had a jam packed itinerary to accommodate our short stay and I’d have to say she goes above and beyond for her clients. The knowledge she has is amazing not only of the area or the homes, or different builders and builders style of homes, types of insulation but knows and understands the mechanics of the various furnaces, pipes, water heaters, wells, cisterns, etc. Iris was able answer and explain in detail everything we needed to know and always followed up with further information. Iris wasn’t looking to sell us a house, she truly was helping us to find the right “home” for us; and that is a true, genuine realtor. Iris gives you the knowledge of a professional with the comfort of a friend at your side.

Iris worked with us about three years ago to find our retirement dream home. She was able to provide several different options and was available whenever we required showings Or had questions. She was also able assist on finding us an amazing mortgage broker that saved us a ton of money on interest. She was very educated in the area that we bought in, the property that we bought and all the liens, cumbrances, restrictions, etc. She was very knowledgable and very professional. Iris has always been our “go to person” when selling or buying a property. We recently sold our lake lot on moose lake with her, the listing on the web was very good, she showed how beautiful the lot is as it is right now with the magnificent deck and stairs to the lake along with the perfect fire pit. As well she was able to let perspective buyers imagine how much more could be done with it. As always we are very happy we chose Iris, and as always looking forward to our next adventure!
