I went in today for the first time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The library is very clean and looks like a great place to get some studying or reading done. I will definitely be back.

I started coming here this fall to finish up a course I've been working on. One day, there was a child running around, which was very distracting. Today, the knitting club joined me as I tried to finish my paper. Very loud. If you actually want a quiet place to study, go somewhere else.

Perfect opening hours every day of the week and friendly staff in stark contrast to the slow internet that barely allows you to use google maps. Downloading a music album from official sources can take hours, not to mention the very slow upload, which makes it impossible to work on Youtube. The toilets could be bigger, but otherwise the library environment is pleasant, the electrical outlets are accessible and the chairs are comfortable.

Great selection of books, magazines and movies. And lots of different events for children which is really great.
Plus the staff is really nice and helpful.

It would cost us $30 for a library card to get audiobooks because we live in the district of Creston borderline so now we have to go to Creston get a library card there then go back to Cranbrook not we'll just use Creston Library

Well maintained with a great staff. The place is clean and tidy. The building and grounds are in excellent condition. Sculptures outside made by local artists and nicely accent the landscape.

This is a wonderful library. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you can't find the publication you're looking for, there is always the option of an inter-library loan, or even requesting that an item be purchased. Please support the library with your donations of gently used material. It helps all of us in the community. What a great way to share materials that you have purchased / received, and do not need / wish to keep ... that lessens clutter for you, and broadens the library's holdings. And, you can always borrow it back if you want to read / view / listen to it again !

If you require internet access at all to study, do not come to this library. The average download speed is less than 0.6 MBits. Web pages take minutes to load, videos stream for a few seconds before pausing to buffer for minutes. If you are able to get videos to play, they stream in a quality too low to read text. Terrible experience. Seek out a coffee shop. If somebody in administration reads this, please address this throttling issue-- and increase the bandwidth.
