By far the worst marketing agency in Edmonton;

This agency is disorganized, unethical, and toxic. On my first day, my desk wasn’t ready, and my trainer showed up two hours late every day. I didn’t receive a welcome package, unlike other new hires, making me feel excluded. After just three chaotic days, they threatened to fire me over keyboard shortcuts, then moved me to a new role without proper transition. I had to buy my own equipment, while others got new supplies, and was forced into the smallest cubicle, despite larger ones being available.

The workplace culture was nonexistent, and I felt discriminated against as an Indigenous woman and due to my mental health struggles, which worsened because of the toxic environment. My boyfriend, who referred me, was fired without cause, and I was let go a month later under similar circumstances. The owner forced me to create content for free, treated me in a condescending and sexist way, and falsely accused me of stealing work hours.

To make things worse, they withheld my final pay, severance, and Record of Employment, mishandling my personal information and lying to Service Canada further proving the owners character. This entire experience ruined my mental health, and I had to fight through Employment Standards Alberta to receive what I was legally owed. Avoid this agency at all costs—they exploit employees and destroy well-being.

This is by far, NOT the “best place to work”, don’t let their “kindness” fool you too!

Working with Lisa and her team was an amazing experience. Lisa was very responsive to my inquiries and updates to the order. She even arranged for their designer to make an update to my order when my internal designer was away. The order was filled in a very short amount of time given that the printer was going to be away starting at the beginning of August. The shirts I ordered look great, and I can't wait to wear them!

Shawn and the team are absolutely amazing! There have been times when we need something quickly and their team really pulls together and makes it happen FAST! Shawn is always helpful when we have 'random ideas' and provides loads of options for real world solutions. Not only is Shawn knowledgeable about products and options- he is a really great guy to work with who always keeps lines of communication open and flowing! If you ever have the chance to stop by their office (*cough* promo room) it is quite the space to take in!!
