Called to confirm that we could pick up a sign that day. Was told to come in, pay for it and they would mount it while we wait. "Yes we can mount it on metal backing and it'll cost $... No problem"
Drove in from out of town (1 hr drive) and was then told the earliest it could be done was 4 days later (2 business days).

Edit: added a star for the expressive reply from the owner to my review.
