Went to have a spray tan. First one and the sprayer stuck and sprayed the side of my head. It shut down so I went and got Taylor. She fixed it but when I was leaving my hair was soaked. I had the hair cover on my it’s not a regular shower cap. I ask Taylor should I be worried as I have bleach blonde hair!? She says no it’s like a sugar. Well that made no sense I thought. Later I noticed my hair was orange! I had to fly out for a celebration in Toronto as I get there it’s even worse!! Bright orange horrible hair. I called the salon back. It was Taylor again. I told her what happened. Still doesn’t believe the spray tan would do this!! I asked to have a manager call me. It’s been 2 weeks and still no call back $60 later going to a salon to remove this from my hair after trying everything at home!! I’m disgusted with the lack of acknowledgement from the staff and management. I will never go back and make sure everyone learns about this. Don’t recommend this place for so many reasons!!!!!

I have recently signed up for tanning minutes for an upcoming holiday and the ladies there have been incredibly helpful. From guiding me step by step through the tanning process to explaining which tanning lotions do what and which would be more beneficial for my skin type. They always ask how my session was and always make a point of having conversation when I'm there. Such a friendly and welcoming place.

Words can’t describe how amazing Alexandra is! Her work is incredible she’s amazing at all things that come her way and she is the sweetest most caring human and makes each service so comforting and fun! She does beautiful lash extensions including classic and volume and I even got the chance to be a max volume model for her and she killed it! As well as her lash lifts and brow laminations are so precise and amazing every time! I highly recommend going to Alexandra for any service they offer she is truly the best!

I had my lashes done by Anjelica today and I am thrilled with them! They look great, but still look natural. She is so gentle, so much so that I fell asleep (I don't even fall asleep during massages). Already booked my next appointment with her!
