I am incredibly satisfied with the service I have personally experienced from the owners of this local business.

From the moment they first opened their doors, they have been patient & helpful regarding any project I have hired them to do, even during COVID!

Especially the magic little club I joined (for a very very low cost & for very very very low fees) my parcels miraculously show up at their establishment, & are stored for me safely, securely & out of the weather.

I have never once had to drive into the city to pick up a parcel, which would be my only other option if they were not in Westlock.

Because, I live on a farm & every single delivery service refuses to bring parcels to my door.

So if you are also one of their fortunate regular customers, next time you pop in to pick up your parcel there

(& save yourself a tank of gas having to otherwise to drive to the city, to go to a UPS, or DHL or Purolator or some other delivery service depot that I never ever have to track down ) because of their magic little service they provide for people like me,

LEAVE THEM A TIP!!!

Because in this day & age, with every single thing going up except their prices, they absolutely deserve a big big tip.

At least as much as a chocolate bar, or a speciality delux coffee we buy for ourselves pretty much every time we come into town

You continue to remain a bright spot in my day, when ever I drop in to pick up a parcel, every single time

And no, I’m NOT related to them in any way, and no I’m NOT receiving any thing for writing this great review

If anyone thinks differently about this hard working couple & their incredible little ambassador to humanity

Then I’m pretty much positive, you are actually the real problem, NOT them

I’m so so happy with my poster that they created for me which I picked up today, and very grateful for the magic little service they also provide, because a parcel for me seems to have miraculously yet again, appeared there as well!

Of course it has, because that’s what they both do - a very good job!

I find they do fantastic work and really appreciate having a secure location that will store, sort and retrieve my packages for me. They even take the time to notify me as soon as it is ready for pickup.

Quite frankly I think that the people that upset or claiming fraud are just ignorant. I think they might have a different view if it was their home or business that was handling hundreds or thousands of parcels per month. It takes work and time and a space to do it in and it doesn't come free. Hundreds of stores around the province charge far more for the same service so I think they are quite reasonable.

My first time in the business.
Worst experience i have had. The gentleman asked to help me right away. The lady however was extremely rude, she cut me off before i tried to ask a question. I will never go back to that business again.
I believe in supporting local...but you better have good customer service. For those saying they do work ontime. The lady told me they are a week behind.

I asked the fellow working there to do printing in portrait and black and white. When he did 2 prints he asked me if it was ok as they were in landscape. I assumed he was asking me if these 2 sheets were ok in landscape with black background. But my request was ignored for portrait as he deliberately printed those 2 in landscape with the rest of the prints. At the end the lady wanted to charge me over double the amount. I asked her why and she said for their time to switch sheets around and became rude. When someone requests the printing to b done in portrait and black and white it should b done that way. AND BEFORE printing repeat wat the customer WANTS! AND DO wat the customer requests!

I paid UPS to deliver a package to me. Now it is at this at store and they want 2 dollars for holding onto it. Nothing like working with a UPS driver to committing fraud. UPS told me not to pay this as they feel this could be a scam.

I am sadly disappointed with the FedEx side of there business.... I was told that the package would be delivered to my door!! Then after a special trip to town the guy working said he needed more money because it was delivered to his place!! Then he was quite rude as I tried to understand.. If FedEx is using this place as a drop off then FedEx should be paying him not me!! I don't believe in being told that paying extra in this situation is even close to being reasonable......!! And you better believe after this experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place for any type of business!! Hopefully this post will save someone the hassle and stress!! Worst experience ever and I deal with many types of delivery services!!!

We have been using the services of Mtech since they started in Westlock and are EXTREMELY happy with their work ethic, quality of work and their excellent environment.

We have put them in some time crunch deadlines and they are so good to us. We’ve ordered everything from Sales Tents, Banners, Signs, Magnets, water bottles, flyers, brochures, business cards m, bill of lading, invoice and time record books and every sort of document made to man.

There is not ANYTHING Colleen and Mike can not do. They always deliver the products quickly. Their prices are excellent!

We wish the Mtech continued success doing what they are so great at!
