we got our phone from this outlet on black friday sale. We got a huge deal for an s24 ultra and the guy who assited us named Sabid were very helpful to us and patient to answering all of pur inquiries. Everything we need to know also was explained and he really made sure that we got most of the deal. highly recommended

The agent was very patient in what was a long interaction. He really helped us at the end to phone in rather than us, to ger the data that was promised in the promotional email, but did not initially show up in the avcount. Saved me a lot of time and stress.

Went to see if telus in the outlet mall on Sterling Lyon can help me transfer the Sim card from my old phone to my new phone and Sabid A was assisting with this. He started with an attitude, then proceed to help by asking me to take the Sim card out of the old phone for him. I told him I didn't know how otherwise I wouldn't be there asking for help. He switched the Sim card over, plugged the phone in and then tells me there is a $30 transfer charge. Then he goes and sits down and plays on his phone for a while. Comes back and tells me that as long as I keep the phones together I can go. But it's not done? So I ask why am I paying a $30 fee for something that was not provides. He said it was his manager that is making him charge it and points at a guy that's standing further away. That guy eventually comes over and I started asking the "manager " what tye charge is for if he sat on his phone the whole time and then tells me I can leave before it's even done, and he informs me he is not a manager and the manager is not there. Said gets defensive saying he never said that and I'm lying and everything is recorded, so I ask him to pull up the recording and replay it and he puts a sign in front of my face saying "I went to school, I can read. Can you?" He was ver rude, unprofessional and verbally violet. I do not recommend this place at all and if I could give a negative star I really would. This is taking advantage of people that aren't tech savvy. I should make a note that I had already purchased the phone through telus and payed the activation fee.

We went by the Telus kiosk at the Four Seasons Mall, thinking we would just inquire about something but he was so helpful and friendly that we decided to upgrade my phone right then and there. So smooth and seamless. Best phone purchase interaction I’ve ever had.
